大村铜矿极薄矿体小孔径小药卷爆破技术的实践与应用

摘    要:为了减少废石混入量,降低损失率和贫化率,安全高效地对大村铜矿极薄矿体进行回采,通过生产实践及相关试验,总结爆破对矿岩所产生的影响后,提出了使用小孔径小药卷的爆破技术来实现控制爆破,应用于生产实践中取得了良好的效果。特别是在控制一次爆破采空区高度,及减小爆破对顶、底板围岩的破坏方面收效明显。矿山大面积推广使用小孔径小药卷进行回采,不但有利于采空区安全管理,而且还可以提高供矿品质,降低损失率、贫化率。因此,对公司的生产起着非常积极的推动作用,类似的极薄矿体也可以借鉴推广应用。

Practice and Application of Blasting Technology of Small Diameter Blasthole with Small Cartridge for Extra-narrow Orebody in the Dacun Copper Mine

Abstract:In order to reduce waste interfusion to control loss and dilution ratios in the process of mining the extra-narrow orebody in Dacun copper mine, a controlled blasting technology of small diameter blasthole with small cartridge is proposed to ensure safety and high-efficience. The technology is based on the mimimum blasting effect on ore and rock, which is verified to achieve good effects in the mine production, especially for controlling goaf height and reducing damages of roof and floor surrounding rock caused by blasting. The controlled blasting technology is widely worth using since it can benefit goaf safety management, improve ore grade and reduce loss and dilution ratios. Therefore, it can promote mine production and provide a relevant reference for similar extra-narrow orebody recovery.
