| 摘 要： | 《房产测量规范》的制定和实施有利于房地产业的健康发展。通过对新老《房产测量规范》中房产平面控制测量、房产调查、房产图测绘、房产面积量算、房产图图式等内容的比较分析 ,可认为新规范进一步结合了近期科技发展现状和房地产业的实际要求。
