摘    要:高层建筑物在建筑施工期间,随着主体荷载的增加,必然造成主体规则或者不规则的下沉.究竟下沉量有多大,下沉是否均匀以及在主体封顶以后的一段时间内是否趋于稳定,都是检验工程质量的标准之一.因此对高层建筑物监测数据进行综合分析,并在此基础上对停止监测以后的一段时间内建筑物的沉降趋势做出预测是非常必要的.把线性回归模型、时间序列模型、灰色系统预测模型应用到建筑物沉降监测数据的综合分析中,并给出实例,所获得的高层建筑物沉降趋势和规律可以客观地指导工程施工和评价工程质量.

Abstract:During construction of the high-layers building, the building's body will be regular or irregular subsidence with increase of the floors. How much the building's body subsides, and whether it is stability after the body has been fished. These will be acceptance criterions for checking out engineering's quality. And so it is necessary that we analyze measured data of the building. In this paper, we have used the forecast models of linear regression, time-sequence and gray-system to analyze lots of data. The gained tread and law of high building subsidence enables to instruct engineering construction and to evaluate engineering quality.
