基于MAPGIS的多维时态城镇地籍信息系统的设计与实现

摘    要:目前中国所建立的地籍信息系统大多是二维的、静态的,难以持续有效地支持复杂多变的地籍管理现状。多维时态城镇地籍信息系统的建立,实现了对城市建筑的三维浏览、三维查询及空间分析,并可以方便地查询任一历史时期的宗地信息,大大增强了地籍管理信息的可视化程度和数据处理能力,对于规范地籍管理工作、科学开发土地资源和保证土地可持续利用具有重要的指导作用。

Abstract:At present,that China has established cadastral information system is mostly two-dimensional,and static,so it is difficult to support effectively the complicated and changeful status quo of cadastral management.Multidimensional tenses urban cadastral information systems,achieving the 3D browsing of urban construction,query,and spatial analysis,and whichever date plot's information can be conveniently inquired about in the history,and greatly enhanced cadastral information management and visualization of data throughput.That norm of cadastral management,scientific development of land resources and ensuring sustainable land use play an important guiding role.
