循环经济模式下的矿产资源开发

我国当前矿产资源开发遵循的传统粗放式生产模式，造成严重的环境破坏和资源浪费，为实现资源开发业可持续发展，必须转变生产模式，大力发展循环经济。文中根据循环经济的“减量化、再使用、再循环”的基本原理，提出了资源开发循环经济实现的技术路线，重点探讨了固体废弃物、废水、废气的减量途径和再循环利用方法。

Exploitation of Mineral Resources Under Circular Economy Mode

Traditional extensive production pattern is used in present mineral resources exploitation in our country,resulting in serious destruction of environment and loss of resources.In order to keep sustainable development of the resources development industry,the pattern must be changed into circular economy.Based on basic principles of circular economy theory,namely reduction,reuse and recycle,the technical line of circular economy of resource exploitation is given and reduction ways and recycle utilization methods of waste materials,waste water and waste gas are discussed in this paper.
