用赤泥进行铁水预处理

摘    要:在1400℃条件下用赤泥作为添加剂进行了铁水预处理的实验。实验表明,烧结法和拜尔法赤泥在不加任何添加剂的情况下基本没有铁水预处理效果,但将赤泥与适量的石灰、氧化铁、少量的萤石混合作为铁水预处理剂,其脱硫率达到80%以上,脱硅率为65%,脱磷率为23%以上。

Abstract:Hot metal pretreatment experiments were carried out by using red mud as additive at 1673 K.The results showed that the red mud from both sintering process and Bayer process has no ability to pretreat hot metal without adding other fluxes.However,when the red mud was mixed with proper amount of lime,iron oxides and fluorite,and was used as a hot metal pretreatment reagent,more than 80% desulphurization rate,65% desiliconization rate,and more than 23% dephosphorization rate were obtained.
