| 摘 要： | 根据大高炉的生产要求，确定对澳大利亚块矿进行水洗分级处理。在工艺实践过程中，遇到了微细矿泥难处理的问题。经过筛析、沉降和小型过滤试验的研究，提出了对微细矿泥进行浓缩，陶瓷过滤机脱水的流程改造方案。

| Abstract: | According to the production requirements of blast furnace,it was determined to treat the Australian lump ores by the classification process with water.A difficultly-treated problem of fine ore slime was encountered during practice of the process.In the light of the research on sieve analysis,sedimentation and small filter tests,a flowsheet reform scheme was proposed,i.e. the fine ore slime was thickened first and then was dewatered by a ceramic filter. |
