鲕状赤铁矿强磁-重选工艺的试验研究

摘    要:鲕状赤铁矿矿石中赤铁矿嵌布粒度极细,矿物组成复杂,磨矿中又易泥化,使其成为国际攻关难题.对张家口地区鲕状赤铁矿进行了强磁-重选的试验研究.如采用"阶段磨矿-强磁选抛尾-重选"的工艺流程.结果表明,在原矿铁品位47.66%,磨矿细度-0.074mm95%,经强磁和重选后,可获得铁品位61.01%,回收率为47.85%的铁精矿.

Abstract:With the feature of finely-disseminated particle, complex mineral composition and easily sliming in the grinding process, oolitic hematite is considered to be a difficult problem of mineral processing in the world. The tests of high intensity magnetic separation-gravity concentration for oolitic hematite ore in Zhangjiakou District were conducted.
