赤铁矿尾矿免烧免蒸砖的制备研究

摘    要:以鄂西硅质页岩为骨料,采用压制成型方法制备鄂西高磷赤铁矿尾矿免烧免蒸砖,对赤铁矿尾矿与页岩的用量进行了配比试验,并考察了成型水分、成型压力对制品抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明,在尾矿掺量为78%、页岩10%、水泥10%和石膏2%的配比下,成型水分15%、成型压力20MPa的最佳条件下,制作的免烧免蒸砖制品抗压强度达到15.15MPa,且密度小于1600kg/m3,可满足JC/T422-2007建筑材料强度要求。

Abstract:Hematite tailing from western Hubei province was used as the main material in preparation of non-burned and non-autoclaved bricks by press shaping. Silicon shale was used as filling,and the effects of forming water contents,forming pressures on compressive strength were also investigated.
