高炉瓦斯泥(灰)资源化循环利用研究现状

摘    要:详细综述了高炉瓦斯泥(灰)的应用工艺,通过磁选、浮选、浸出、焙烧等物理化学矿物工艺处理高炉瓦斯泥(灰),回收锌、铟等有色金属,使瓦斯泥(灰)重新返回高炉使用,实现了金属和矿物资源的循环利用,也减轻了对环境的污染。最后指出了瓦斯泥(灰)综合利用中存在的一些问题和今后的研究方向。

Abstract:The application process of blast iurnace sludge or tlue dust was revlewed m detail, It mainly recovered some metals such as zinc and indium from the blast furnace sludge or flue dust by magnetic separation, flotation, leaching and roasting, making the sludge or flue dust use in blast furnace again. It not only realized recycling utilization of metals and mineral resources, but also reduced pollution to environment. The problems in integrated utilization of the sludge or flue dust and research trend were pointed out.
