On Several Problems in Royalty Market and Assessment

In View of the problems existing in China's royalty market at present stage,it is proposed to strengthen the knowledge of the paid usage of mineral vesowrses and teh planning of their protection and ecploitation,to abolish the double-rail system in royalty transfer in an earliest time and to establish an open just and fair royalty market.In combination with real cases,discussion in made on the problems relating to the effect of production scale and service life on the royalty price in its assessment and the policy inclination in royalty transfer.
