基于仿真反击式破碎机破碎力与冲击速度的研究

摘    要:运用瞬态动力学软件MSC.Dytran,对反击式破碎机中板锤冲击碰撞岩石的过程进行有限元仿真,研究了冲击碰撞过程中破碎力的变化过程,通过破碎力的分析得到了适当的冲击速度,对反击式破碎机的设计优化具有理论指导意义。

Abstract:The finite element simulation of the impacting process between hammer and rock in an impact crusher was performed by the transient dynamic software MSC. Dytran, The changing course of the crushing force during impact process was studied. Proper velocity was obtained by analysis of crushing force, which has guiding significance in theory for design optimization of the impact crusher.
