金矿全尾矿分级浓缩试验研究

摘    要:针对山东某金矿尾矿,进行了水力旋流器浓缩试验、旋流器.浓密机分级浓缩连续试验、尾矿压滤等试验,根据试验结果并结合矿山生产实践,推荐尾矿浓缩宜采用旋流器与浓密机组合的“分级.浓密”流程,该流程具有工艺简单、投资少、占地面积小、运行成本低的特点,可实现全尾矿的高效浓缩,便于与后续的充填作业衔接和矿山生产的灵活组织和应用。

Abstract:The experiments of hydrocyclone thickening, hydrocyclone-thickener continuous classifying and thickening and press-filtering of total tailings in a gold mine in Shandong Province are studied in the paper. According to the experimental results and mine production practice, the classifyingthickening process of hydrocyclone and thickener is recommended for thickening of the tailings. The process is characterized by simple technique, low investment, small workshop area and low productive cost. The process can fulfill the high efficient thickening of the total tailings and it is convenient for the subsequent backfilling operation and the mine production.
