摘    要:对湖南衡阳某地的金矿石进行了氰化浸金的试验研究。结果表明,与通压缩空气相比,过氧化钙与高锰酸钾按重量配比4∶1混合辅助浸金,金的浸出率提高10.28%,浸出时间降低40%,氰化钠耗量降低50%。借鉴高分子化学的研究成果,对辅助浸金的机理进行了探讨。提出了过氧化物和高锰酸钾等液相氧化剂大幅度缩短氰化浸出时间的原因,可归结为强化了自由基HO.反应。

Study on liquid oxidant assisted gold leaching and investigation on its mechanism

Abstract:This paper gives a study on the cyanide leaching of gold ore from a certain mine of Heng Yan ,Hunan.The experiment results indicate that comparing with conducting compressed air ,the gold recovery can be improved by 10.28% and leaching time and cyanide consumption be reduced 40% and 50% respectively in cyanide leaching process which is assisted with calcium-peroxide and potassium permanganate mixed in weight proportion 4∶1.On the presented research fruits of high polymer chemistry,mechanism of oxidant assisted gold leaching is investigated in this paper. The authors make out an inference that liquid oxidants,such as peroxide ,potassium permanganate and other ones,can greatly reduce the time for cyanide gold leaching.This is attributed to the intensification of free radical reaction.
