本文在对全国危机矿山现状全面调查分析的基础上 ,客观评价危机矿山的找矿潜力 ,从而进行统筹规划、分类指导 ,指出由国家财政承担部分风险 ,建立向市场过渡的机制 ,按照矿山危机程度 ,分阶段支持矿山企业开展危机矿山深部和外围的接替资源勘查工作已刻不容缓

EXECUTE THE SUPERSEDING RESOURCES EXPLORATION IN RESOURCES CRISIS MINES TO ASSURE THE SUSTAINABLE SUPPLY OF MINERAL RESOURCES IN OUR COUNTRY

Based on the large survey and analysis of current situation of the resources crisis mines in China,this paper objectively evaluates the potential of prospect mineral resources in resources crisis mines and summarizes general principle with overall program and classification guidance The author points out to establish a guaranteed system that partial prospecting risk is taken on by the national finance,which is favorable for the formation of the market oriented transitional mechanism to prospect for the superseding resources But so far it is very urgent to support resources crisis mines enterprises by stages to prospect for superseding resources in the deep and peripheral areas in resources crisis mines
