皖北煤电公司土地复垦的技术模式

皖北煤电公司在多年土地复垦的实践中,形成一套行之有效的土地复垦管理办法和技术经验。即“原地复垦,一次复高到位,以复代征”,“异地复垦、以地换地”,“泥浆泵复垦技术”,“铲运机复垦技术”,“挖掘机和推土机联合复垦技术”,“生物生态复垦技术”。本文就对皖北煤电公司土地复垦的管理模式和技术模式的简单介绍。

TECHNICAL MODELS OF LAND RECLAMATION OF WANBEI COAL AND ELECTRICITY CORPORATION

As one of the mining enterprises in China, Wanbei Coal and Electricity Corporation perseveringly works on the land recultivation.In the long term of land recultivation practice, a set of effective and efficient recultivation management methods and techniques have been developed,such as "reclaim on the spot and use land recultivation in place of land confiscation","reclaim at different place and use the reclaimed land to exchange to the subsided land","hydraulic dredge pump", "small or middle scale scraper", "excavator with bull dozer" and "bio-eco recultivation". This paper gives a simple introduction about the management and technical models of the land recultivation in Wanbei Coal and Electricity Corporation.
