发展我国矿产勘查资本市场

随着我国经济社会的发展,资源矛盾日益突出,解决我国矿产资源供求矛盾问题的关键在于提高资源保障程度,这需要资本市场的有效支持,需要发展我国矿产勘查资本市场。首先,本文阐述了资本市场在矿产勘查业发展中的重要地位和作用,资本市场不但是矿产勘查融资的主要场所,也是促进矿产勘查企业发展的重要力量,资本市场的发展推动矿产资源管理制度的建设;其次,文中分析了我国矿产勘查资本市场存在的问题,主要表现在缺乏矿产风险勘查资本市场板块以及勘查行业上市的相关管理制度和行业标准,缺少矿产风险勘查投资基金,中介服务机构不健全;最后,就加快我国矿产勘查资本市场发展提出了4点建议。
