| 摘 要： | 以土地收购储备为核心的城市土地经营是城市土地使用制度的一项重大创新。然而,一些城市由于实践经验不足,经营方式方法不科学,以致土地经营效益不佳,经营风险凸显。针对这一问题,本文提出了城市土地经营的对策,旨在提高城市土地经营水平和效益。
