提高磨机处理能力和能源利用率的研究

摘    要:从分析研究磨料和物料在磨机中的运动规律入手,发现总结出“四维破磨”理论,并推导出计算公式。若将磨料综合充填率增到最佳,转速加快等于或接近临界转速,磨机生产能力将成倍增加,用电单耗成倍下降。

Abstract:The author has summarized the "four dimension crushing and grinding theory" and derived the calculating fomula based on analysis and research on the kinematic law of the grinding media and ground material in the mill shell. It has been proved that the output of a mill is doubled and redoubled and the specific power consumption of the mill is minimized if the grinding media loading is increased to the optimal value and the mill speed is increased to equal to or close to the critical speed
