国产与进口TBM滚刀刀圈显微组织与磨损机理的对比分析

摘    要:笔者将某国产滚刀刀圈的化学成分、硬度、冲击韧性及显微组织与进口产品进行了对比分析,结果表明,TBM在硬岩掘进过程中,国产滚刀刀圈磨损以显微切削转变为疲劳剥落机制为主,进口滚刀刀圈的磨损则以切削犁沟变形应变疲劳为主。

Abstract:The paper compared and analyzed the domestic and imported TBM cutter rings in chemical composition, hardness, impact toughness and microstructure. The analysis results showed when TBM worked on high hardness rocks, the abrasion of the domestic cutter rings were characterized by micro-cutting transforming into fatigue flaking, while the abrasion of the imported ones were characterized by micro-ploughing transforming into strain fatigue.
