摘    要:实际应用中,许多零件或构件承受多次冲击载荷的作用而失效,如凿岩设备中的钎杆、钎头,锻造设备中的锤杆和锻模等的失效和多冲疲劳有密切的关系。多次冲击疲劳性能是表征材料性能的主要指标之一。40Cr是用来制造较重要的调质零件的常用材料,也是目前凿岩钎头使用量较大的钢种之一。本文研究了40Cr不同热处理条件下40Cr的组织、力学性能和多次冲击疲劳性能,为这种钢的应用提供试验依据。

Abstract:The paper studies the metallurgical structure, kinetic properties and impact fatigue properties of 40Cr under the different heat treatment condition. The result shows that the metallurgical structure of 40Cr with normalization and low temperature tempering is made up of ferrite and pearlite, the structure with normalization and high tem- perature tempering is made up of ferrite and granular pearlite, the structure with quenching and low temperature tempering is made up of temper martensite, among which, the impact fatigue lifespan of 40Cr whose structure with normalization and high temperature tem- pering is highest. It also analyses the expansion behavior of multi- impact fatigue crack, and discusses the cause to improve the impact fatigue with normalization and high temperature tempering.
