测齿仪杠杆铰链中心偏移误差分析与研究

摘    要:万能渐开线测齿仪广泛用于我国齿轮制造厂家,但均需要定期调整杠杆铰链中心偏差才能将机器误差限定在正常范围之内,通过对杆铰链中心偏移误差产生的机理详细论述,分析了推导误差传递关系,以指导定量调整该误差,从而保证该仪器的测量精度。

Abstract:The universal involute gear inspector is widely used by domestic gear manufactories,and the center offset of the lever hinge must be adjusted periodically to ensure the measurement error within an acceptable limit.The generation mechanism of the center offset of the lever hinge is discussed in detail and the offset transitive relation is deduced,which is used to guide the quantitative offset adjustment so as to guarantee the measurement precision of the gear inspector.
