B、C、N共渗层腐蚀磨损性能研究

摘    要:通过腐蚀磨损试验,探讨了在渗剂中加入CeCl3对B、C、N共渗层腐蚀磨损性能的影响。结果表明,加入一定量CeCl3能够显著改善共渗层腐蚀磨损性能。共渗处理后,经淬火+中温回火,其腐蚀磨损性能最好。

Abstract:The paper makes an approach to the effect of adding CeCl3 into infiltration agent on corrosive wear property of B-C-N congruent infiltrated layer through the corrosive wear experiment. The results indicate that addition of a certain amount of CeCI3 makes the corrosive wear property of the congruent infiltrated layer to be improved clearly. After congruent infiltrated treatment, the corrosive wear property of the congruent infiltrated layer is the most perfect after undergoing quenching and medium-temperature temper.
