| 摘 要： | 介绍了为确保严寒地区运作的矿用自卸车的润滑过程能够正常进行而对其自动润滑系统进行的改进。采用自动润滑注油器进行注油,同时对自动润滑注油器的油气同步控制回路、油气非同步控制回路和自动注油时间设定、改进后的矿用自卸车自动润滑系统工作原理进行了研究、这将有益于矿用自卸车寿命的提高。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the improvement in the auto-lubricating system (such as using auto-lubricating oil injector) for a off-highway self-dumping truck to ensure it to normal operation in freezing zone. In addition, the paper researches the oil-gas synchronous and non-synchronous control loops, the set of autometically oil time and the operating principle of the improved auto-lubricating system for a off-highway self-dumping truck, which will be beneficial to increase its service life |
