高钒高耐磨合金锤头的研制

摘    要:利用新研制的高钒高耐磨合金材料制造破碎机锤头,由于其碳化物的显微硬度高(HV2600左右),形态近似球形,且高度弥散分布,在使用过程中很难被水泥熟料划伤和击碎,近似于球形的碳化物对基体割裂小,基体抗疲劳能力强,不易产生裂纹,耐磨性高,这种新型锤头的耐磨性是原高铬铸铁锤头的3倍以上。

Abstract:The paper introduces the new hammer made from high vanadium high wear-resistant alloy. Because the microhardness of carbides in the alloy is higher (about HV2600), their shape are similar to globe, and distribution of the carbides are highly dispersed, they are difficult to be scratched and broken down by the cement clinker. In addition, because the shape of the carbides is similar to globe, the base metal of the alloy is less separated by the carbides, so it has strong fatigue resistence and is not easy to produce crackles. The wear resistence of this new hammer is more than 3 times of original high chromium cast iron hammer.
