摘    要:以单绳缠绕式双客器立井提升为研究对象,以矿井提升机运行的运动学和动力学为理论依据,对不等重提升系统造成提升机运行的不稳定及能耗的增大作了具体的分析,应用MATLAB5.3/SIMULINK3.0编写计算机仿真程序,对不同的不等重工况作图示化说明,指出造成不等重提升的因素及应采取的措施,对矿井安全生产具有指导性作用。

Abstract:Taking a single-rope winding hoist with two conveyances as an object of study and taking the kinematics and dynamics in hoist operation as theoretical basis, the paper analyzes unstable operation and increased power consumption of the hoist which are caused by the unequilized weight hoisting system, works out the computer simulation program by use of the MATLAB5.3/SIMULINK3.O, explains various unequlized weight operating modes through diagrams, and points out the factors causing unequilized weight hoisting, and puts forward the measures which should be taken, which have directing effect on mine safety production.
