摘    要:通过对松边刮板链可能出现的悬垂状态分析,确定出允许松边刮板链悬垂的极限位置,得出了计算该位置松边刮板链悬垂度的公式,并依此确定出了合理的排煤端底板的形状,从而避免了松边链条在排煤端底板上堆积而可能出现卡链现象的发生。

Abstract:The paper determines the allowably hanging limit position of the loose side scraper chain by analyzing hanging possible states of the loose side scraper chain, gets the formula for calculating the sag of loose side chain in this position, and determines the reasonable bottom shape of disposal coal end according to this, thus preventing the loose side chain from blocking due to loose side chain accumulation on the bottom of the disposal coal end.
