摘    要:运用正交试验法,采用特征粒径和均匀系数两个指标,从超细煤粉布袋收集料与旋风分离料两方面,系统研究了ZM80型振动磨制备神府(SF)超细煤粉的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,分级机转速、进料电流、二次风控制和改性剂是影响分级机分级效率。煤粉特征粒径及均匀系数的主要因素。

Abstract:The optimum processing parmeters that ultrafine SF pulverized coal is prepared by ZM80 vibration mill are reseached on the basis of the specific particle size and distribution coefficent by use of orthogonal experiments from two aspects of bag-collected and cyclone-separated ultrafine pulverized coal, The results show that the rotational speed of the classifier, feed current, secondary airflow and modification agent are key factors which have a influence on the classification efficiency of the classifier, specific particle si/e and distribution coefficient of pulverized coai
