大直径竖井钻井钻速多元回归模型分析及应用

摘    要:分析了地层可钻性系数K、钻压P、转速n、井深H和洗井液冲洗量Q等5个因素对钻速的综合影响,建立了大直径竖井钻井钻速多元非线性回归模型。选用历史录井数据作为样本数据,利用多元线性回归的方法,获取了该类大直径竖井钻井对应的钻速回归方程。通过模型检验和残差分析,结果表明,所建立的钻速回归方程合理并具有实际意义,方程对样本数据的拟合精度较高。使用该钻速方程进行钻速预测,预测钻速与实际钻速间的平均相对误差为7.66%,预测效果较好,在优化钻井工艺和提高钻井效率方面具有现实意义。

Abstract:After analyzing the combined effects of rock drillability coefficient k,drilling pressure p,rotary speed n,shaft depth H and flow of washing fluid Q,the paper established a drilling rate multivariate nonlinear regression model for large-diameter shaft drilling.And it selected some historical drilling data of a shaft as the basic data to obtain the drilling rate regression equation about the kind of large-diameter shaft based on multivariate linear regression method.The model verification and residual analysis showed that the equation was reasonable and significative,and it had good fitness precision for the sample data.The drilling rate predicted by the drilling rate equation had average relative error of 7.66% with actual drilling rate,it was a good prediction result and had significance for optimizing the drilling process and improving drilling efficiency.
