摘    要:唐口矿是一个设计年产300万t的大型煤矿,其主排水系统采用一次排全高方式排水,排水高度超过千米。当由于事故造成突然停泵时,将会产生很大的水锤压力,对井下排水设备、排水管路及其管件产生很大的破坏。因此有必要对千米立井排水系统停泵水锤进行数值模拟,为停泵水锤防护提供理论依据。

Abstract:In the kilometer shaft of TangKou coal mine, the paper respectively makes the numerical simulation to the pump-off water hammer of the drainage system whose pipeline without valve, with check valve and with slowly closing valve. The result shows that sudden pump-off could not cause the break flow and close water hammer in the drain- age system whose pipeline without valve or with check valve, but the pressure of the continual water hammer occurs due to the pump-off in kilometer shaft is great, the two-stage slowly closing valve could ef- fectively decreases the pressure of the water hammer.
