基于动态故障树的采煤机牵引部可靠性分析

摘    要:介绍了动态故障树(DFT)分析方法,即将模块化处理DFT得到的静态子树和动态子树分别采用二元决策图(BDD)和马尔可夫方法进行分析。以采煤机牵引部不牵引为动态故障树分析实例,利用MATLAB仿真,通过定性与定量分析找出了系统的薄弱环节为行星机构和行走轮。当设备运行1000h时,牵引部不牵引发生的概率为0.095198。结果表明,将模块化的动态故障树分析方法用于采煤机可靠性分析是可行的,所得结论对采煤机的设计、生产、使用和维护都具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:The dynamic fault tree(DFT)method was introduced,and the static sub-trees and dynamic subtrees obtained from modularized DFT were analyzed respectively by binary decision diagram(BDD)and Markov method.The failure of the traction unit of the shearer serving as an example of dynamic fault tree analysis,the weak points of the traction system were identified through qualitative and quantitative analysis with the MATLAB as planetary mechanism and traveling wheel,the occurrence probability of traction unit failur...
