| 摘 要： | 电磁振动定量给料机是一种新型给料设备，用于把块状、颗粒状及粉状物料从储料斗中均匀连续或定量地送入受料装置中去。在工业生产中，定量给料设备广泛应用于冶金、建材、电力、化工、食品等行业中。随着生产的发展，对配料的精度要求越来越高，因此开发和研制定量给料机的自动控制系统，提高配料精度和设备的自动化水平，具有重要的现实意义．

| Abstract: | The paper studies the electromagnetic vibration feeder controlled by the microcontroller composed by single-chip processor. The solid flow meter is used for measuring feeding flux. According to the sys temic characteristic, it also designs the PID controller to realize the automatic feeding closed-loop control system. |
