摘    要:纯低温双压余热发电可高效回收水泥线低温余热,而水泥线生产规模和工艺流程不同,造成不同水泥生产线产生的废气参数差别较大,对确定双压余热锅炉的蒸汽参数和发电量造成很大困难。针对干法水泥线余热发电中窑头冷却机热量平衡和热效率计算,基于水泥窑系统能量分析,建立了低温余热发电系统中窑头冷却机热量收支平衡方程,并给出了新型干法水泥余热发电系统的冷却机热效率计算方法。
