| 摘 要： | 为实现自动编程软件与数控机床之间的有效集成,以CAITA为平台,利用CAD/CAM模块完成了零件几何体的参数化建模、加工仿真及刀位源文件的输出,针对配置MILLPLUS操作系统DMC60TR加工中心的编程特点,采用IMSpost通用后置处理器获得了适合该机床的NC程序代码。并通过虚拟数控加工仿真验证了结果的正确性,既缩短了编程时间,又提高了编程质量。
