| 摘 要： | 针对张庄电厂湿法烟气脱硫装置的工艺特点及要求,利用西门子PLC实现了烟气脱硫自动控制及pH值PID调节;利用上位机组态王监控软件实现了对工艺流程组态显示及对pH值、温度、压力、液位等参数的数据记录、管理,并通过数据报表、实时趋势及历史趋势图的显示,形成了有效的数据分析图。

| Abstract: | In view of WFGD' technics characteristic and requests in Zhangzhuang power plant,this article has realized the automatic control for desulphurization and PID adjustment of pH value by Simens PLC.Using Kingview monitoring software of the upper computer carries out the configuration show of the technics flow and the data record and management of pH value,temperature,pressure,liquid level and so on,and plots the effective analytical graphs showing the data reports,real-time trend and historical trend. |
