螺纹联接防松的进一步探讨

摘    要:突破对传统螺纹的认识,在分析螺纹摩擦防松的基础上,提出了相位差180 °的双旋向对顶螺母防松结构。实验表明:在相同的条件下,用此结构的紧固件比单旋向对顶结构的紧固件,其残余预紧力要大的多。是一种新型的螺纹防松结构。

Abstract:This paper brings forward looseness-proof configuration of ouble-rotation direction face to face nut with 180 phase difference at the foundation of analyzing screw-thread friction looseness-proof, which brings through understanding of traditional screw-thread. Tests shows that remainder pre-tightening force of fasten part with this configuration is much bigger than that of fasten part with single rotation direction face to face nut at the same condition. This configuration is a new way for screw-thread looseness-proof configuration.
