基于iSIGHT的工程陶瓷磨削加工参数优化研究

摘    要:利用iSIGHT软件实现了陶瓷磨削加工过程的参数优化。以材料去除率为优化目标给出了具体实现步骤,对比了2种优化算法对目标结果的影响,指出在磨削加工参数优化问题上采用多岛遗传算法更加有效。且对磨削加工的参数选择具有一定指导作用。

Abstract:The parameter optimization in the ceramicgrinding process is realized by iSIGHT. Material removal rate (MRR) is used as the optimization object and the realization step is given in detail The optimization results by two optimization algorithms are analyzed.The results of numerical examples indicate that the multi-island genetic algorithm (MIGA ) is an effective method and this has definitely instruction for the selection of grinding process parameters.
