| 摘 要： | 石英砂是重要的工业矿物原料，广泛应用于玻璃、铸造、冶金、化工、磨料等工业领域，石英砂的生产大多是通过对石英岩矿的粉碎加工，经过分级处理而获得。石英砂的生产工艺有湿法生产和干法生产两种。作为玻璃原料的石英砂，主要是以湿法工艺生产方式为主。湿法工艺生产有以下优点：生产率高；便于物料分级和输送；防止生产过程粉尘的飞扬和造成环境的污染及对人体的危害。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses high frequency vibration screen,rotary screen and hydraulicclassifier abouttheir operationstatus,classifyingprinciple and existedproblemsincourseofclassificationofquartzsandwetproduction, and makesdeep analysisfromequipmentinvestment,productioncost and managem ent aspects, it also puts forward opinion for selection of classification equipment. |
