制动摩擦系统的研究与设计

摘    要:针对制动摩擦系统的特点,分析了制动器摩擦学设计的研究内容。主要包括无石棉摩擦材料及对偶材质的选用,对偶表面形貌对制动摩擦性能的影响,提出了有利于摩擦热散出、转换的制动器结构设计,并指出今后制动器基础研究的发展方向。

Abstract:In view of the properties of friction braking system, the research field of frictional design is analyzed in the paper. It consists of the selection of the asbestos-free friction materials and their counterface, the influence of counterface topography on frictional properties, processing the new structure design of brake for the well-transmission and transformation of the frictional heat. The advance basic theories of brake in the future are highlighted as well.
