矿用绞车压辊式排绳装置的研制

摘    要:介绍了矿用绞车主要排绳方法,分析了钢丝绳缠绕不匀的原因,研制了一种压辊式排绳装置,解决了松绳、乱绳问题。实践证明:该排绳装置结构简单,成本低,安装方便,调整维护容易,能有效防止松绳冲击,避免断绳跑车事故,有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The methods of guiding ropes of the mine scheduling winch are introduced, and the causes of uneven winding of ropes are analyzed. So a kind of pressing roller typed rope guide is developed, which solves the rope relaxation and mess. Practices show that the rope guide is simple in structure, low in cost and easy to installation, adjustment and maintenance. It can effectively prevent from the impact due to loose ropes, avoid tramcar digression accident due to rope breaking, thus has broad application prospect...
