新型颗粒层除尘器除尘区压降研究

摘    要:介绍了新型颗粒层除尘器的结构形式、工作过程和特点。根据积灰密度定义导出了除尘器标准工作状态和过渡状态下的除尘区压降公式,为合理选择风机等配套设施和确定清灰方案提供了依据。实验结果表明除尘器压降稳定,除尘过程是一个;隹稳态过程。

Abstract:The structure, working process and characteristics of a new granular bed deduster are introduced. The equations for the pressure drop of dedusting section at specified and transition situation is deduced re, spectively according to the definition of dust deposit density which are useful for choosing the blower fan and building a certain dust-cleaning mode. Based on above, the experimental results have proved that the pressure drop of deduster is steady and the dedusting process is transformed to be quasi-steady.
