摘    要:采用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0对带式输送机大型传动滚筒轴进行结构优化设计,得到了传动滚筒轴的最佳半径值。该数值与经典力学法求解的结果值接近,表明该优化结果具有实际应用价值,可为传动滚筒轴的优化设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:The structural optimization design of the driving drum shaft of the belt conveyor is conducted with the software of ANSYS10.0,and the optimal radius value is obtained.The radius value is close to the one obtained by classic mechanics solution,which shows that the optimization design has practical application value and can offer theoretical references for the optimization design of the driving drum shaft.
