多金属硫化矿中回收微细粒锡石的选矿试验研究

摘    要:根据试样中锡石嵌布粒度微细的特点,采用浮硫—选铁—脱泥—分级—粗粒重选—细粒浮选—浮精重选的工艺流程对矿石中的锡石进行选别,获得了锡精矿含锡40.48%、锡回收率为53.81%的技术指标。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of fine cassiterite grain in the sample,the process flow of desulfuration by flotation,magnetite separation,desliming,classification,re-flotation of coarse grains,flotation of fine grains and re-separation of rough concentrate were applied to carry out the beneficiation experiment of the cassiterite.As a result,a cassiterite concentrate with tin content of 40.48% and recovery rate of 53.81% were obtained respectively.
