| 摘 要： | “FGM ”即弥散强化复合金属梯度功能材料，是一种配制的合金粉末，对被修复的部位实施工频预热、利用激光技术熔融结合层、过渡层、工作层及焊接加工层的工艺方法，达到修复崩齿、弥补齿面磨损和齿面强化处理的目的。选用不同的合金粉末，可达到不同的表面性能，这一工艺方法还可应用于中大型轴类、轴承、齿轮内外圈及其它需要进行表面强化的零部件。

| Abstract: | FGM is of powder compounded by using alloy powder, and can be used to prepare the chipped and worn tooth,or to stengthen. the tooth surface by induction pre-heating and laser melting. Different sorts of alloy powder selected can make different surface preformance.This material and process also can be used for large-scale shafts, bearings, tooth rings and others to befortified in surface. |
