摘    要:研究分析了风机用隔爆型三相异步电动机散热困难及特殊工作环境。提出了风机用隔爆型三相异步电动机内风扇的选型原则,分析说明了风扇损耗原因及其外特性,详细介绍了风扇结构尺寸的计算方法。试验表明,该方法可有效地降低电动机温升和风扇的损耗,从而提高电动机效率。

Abstract:After studying the difficulty in cooling of the flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor used for the ventilator and special working environments,the paper proposed the principle of selecting the fan in the flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor used for the ventilator.It also studied the energy loss causes of the fan and its external characteristics.In addition,the paper introduced in detail the method of calculating the dimensions of the fan.The test showed that the method could effectively reduce the temperature rise of the motor and lower the energy loss of the fan,so as to increase the productivity of the motor.
