掺N纳米TiO2光催化活性的研究进展

摘    要:与阳离子掺杂相比,掺N纳米TiO2光催化材料不仅可将光响应范围拓展至可见光区,还可保持在紫外光区的光催化活性,显示出阴离子掺杂纳米TiO2在利用可见光方面的崭新应用前景。综述掺N纳米TiO2材料的发展历程、应用和可见光催化机理,介绍溅射法、脉冲激光沉积法、等离子体处理法、溶剂热合成法、机械化学法和溶胶-凝胶法等几种常用的制备方法。

Abstract:Compared with cation-doped,nitrogen-doped TiO2 nanocatalysts can not only broaden region of photo-response to visible light but also maintain photo-avtivity in UV light,and show promising foreground in utilizing sun light.The developing experience,application and catalysing mechanism in visible light of nitrogen-doped TiO2 nanocatalysts were reviewed in this paper.At the same time,several preparation methods were introduced, such as sputtering,pulsed laser deposition,plasma surface modification,solvothermal process,mechanochemical method and sol-gel method.
