湖北省建始县"宁乡式"铁矿基本特征及开发利用

鄂西"宁乡式"铁矿规模开发在即,汇编此文以作参考。鄂西"宁乡式"铁矿占全国同类铁矿总资源量的58%,而建始县已探明储量占鄂西"宁乡式"铁矿总储量的近1/3。阐述建始县铁矿资源分布、储量、勘查程度、矿石类型、质量品级及铁矿开采技术条件等基本特征;对鄂西"宁乡式"铁矿已有的选矿、冶炼成果进行对比,认为提铁与降磷相比,提铁难而降磷易,反浮选是降磷的核心工艺;高炉炼铁、转炉炼钢、综合利用磷是国内外最为成熟的冶炼脱磷工艺,而直接还原法和熔融还原法对鄂西铁矿的适用性还要试验研究,系统分析"宁乡式"铁矿开发的社会经济背景条件和当前形势,总结建始县"宁乡式"铁矿开发利用途径。

The Basic Characteristics and Development of "Ningxiang Style" Iron Deposit in Jianshi County,Hubei Province

The development for "ningxiang style" iron deposit is coming soon,this paper is presented for reference.The reserves of "ningxiang style" iron deposit in western Hubei takes 58% in the same kind iron deposit in our country,and the reserves of "ningxiang style" iron deposit in Jianshi County takes 1/3 in the total reserves in western Hubei.The paper presents the distribution,reserves,prospecting degree,ore type,quality grade and the mining technology of "ningxiang style" iron deposit in western Hubei.By contrast with existing mineral dressing and metallurgy,the author believes ore's extracting is harder than phosphorus's reducing,anti-flotation is the central technics of phosphorus's reducing.Extracting iron in blast furnace,extracting steel in converter,making use of phosphorus integratively is the most successful technics of phosphorus's reducing in the world,while,the direct restore method and meltdown restore method need to be test further for iron deposit's development in western Hubei.Finally,the society and economy background of "ningxiang style" iron deposit are analyzed systematically,and conclude the way for "ningxiang style" iron deposit's development.
