江汉平原富硒土壤与农产品质量初探

通过对江汉平原富硒土壤分布范围内小麦、水稻等农作物和根系土壤调查取样分析,进一步证实了江汉平原富硒土壤的存在,并发现由富硒土壤种植生长的小麦、水稻为硒含量适宜的富硒农产品。农产品累积效应研究表明,江汉平原小麦、水稻对土壤中硒元素具有高富集性,有利于种植开发富硒小麦、水稻等优质农产品。江汉平原富硒土壤可生产富硒农产品的发现,对江汉平原富硒土壤资源开发利用具有重要的现实意义。

Discussion on Selenium-enriched Soil and Agricultural Products Quality in the Jianghan Plain

Through survey sampling and analysis of crops including wheat and rice etc.within distribution of the selenium-rich soil in Jianghan Plain,the author further confirms the existence of the selenium-rich soil,and discovers that the wheat and rice planting in the selenium-rich soil area is appropriate selenium-rich agricultural products.Studies of the cumulative effect of agricultural products have shown that a high enrichment of selenium with wheat,rice to the soil in the Jianghan Plain,is conductive to development of selenium-rich high-quality agricultural products.It has important actual significance for resources development and utilization of selenium-rich soil in Jianghan Plain.
