| 摘 要： | 能源的大量使用导致环境质量的严重恶化,进而导致温室效应等气候变化的发生,利用主流经济学的方法,建立相关模型分析能源使用与环境质量的关系,并试图从理论上论证环境质量改善的关键在于资源生产率的提高。 |

| Abstract: | The consumption of large amount of energy leads to deterioration of environmental quality and the green house effect.Through the economic method in the main stream,the authors put a model to analyze this relations and try to prove the key to ameliorate the environment is to promote the efficiency in resource productivity. |
