氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中的锡

摘    要:研究氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定土壤样品中的锡,对锡的氢化物发生条件进行详细的实验,确定了锡最优氢化物发生条件;对仪器参数进行了条件实验,选择了最佳仪器工作条件。用土壤国家一级标准物质对分析方法准确度进行了检验,结果准确可靠,满足规范要求,分析方法精密度(RSD)为5.2%,分析方法检出限达到0.11μg/g。

Abstract:In this paper,the authors study tin in soil samples by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry,have detailed experiments of tin hydride conditions,determine the tin optimal hydride generation conditions,and choose best instrument conditions.By use of national standard soil analysis method accuracy test,the results are accurate and reliable to meet regulatory requirements,analytical method precision(RSD) is 5.2%,the analytical method detection limits reach 0.11 μg/g.
